High level website redesign
Problem: Currently the website doesn’t accurately reflect what Diamond DAO is or what Chainverse is.
Solution: Break Diamond DAO website into two websites:
- Brief explainer of what Diamond DAO is, i.e…
**Mission statement**
**Who are we**
- Describe roles
**What do we do**
- Build products
- Conduct open-ended research
- Educate and share best practices
**List products**
- Chainverse, etc
**Join us**
- Links to Discord, Forum, etc
*Notes*
- Idea is to communicate just enough about Diamond DAO for people to want to get a sense of whether or not they should check us out further, but not so much that we have to update it frequently
- Chainverse website
**Chainverse value proposition**
**Enter chainverse button somewhere**
**Chainverse is for...**
- Extensible list, starting with Community Members
- Ideally we could add other personas over time, like Investors etc..
**With Chainverse you can...**
- Use case
- Use case
- Use case
**Process/values (?)**
- i.e. Community maintained (crowd-sourced data)
- i.e. Respects privacy and anonymity (users opt in, permissioning, etc)
- i.e. Community owned (everyone gets the token, customers, users, members, ecosystem partners, blah)
**Our investors include**
- Blah, Blah, Blah
**Chainverse is backed by...**
- Investor
- Investor
- Investor
**Customers**

Couple of objectives here…
- Landing page for the app
- Specific enough to communicate value prop, generic enough for us to avoid updating, even if we make some changes. Extensibile as new use cases / features crop up.
Notes
- Somewhere we should have space for something that explains the tokenomic model, as it emerges
