A COLLABORATION BETWEEN KOLEKTIVO / DAOHAUS / RAID GUILD

With the kickoff of UberHaus Governance one of the most interesting experiments in decentralized governance to date took its first steps. We believe that giving UberHaus a recognisable identity and place to consolidate learnings, processes and decision making documentation and a clear path to membership is essential to ensure low coordination costs and a lively and widely distributed control network.

A Consortium is being formed under this proposal to tackle such mission by request of Dekan Brown (Odyssy / Raid Guild / DAOhaus) via Raid Guild consult and with Felipe Duarte (Kolektivo / DAOhaus / Raid Guild) having taken stewardship on the execution.

The proposal suggests an initial engagement of 5 months under retainer aiming to tackle the points below in the mentioned order and with the described methodology .

SCOPE AND DELIVERABLES

BRAND AND IDENTITY

UberHaus’ ID will aim to represent the diversity of all the DAOs in its ecosystem and communicate its existence as a equitable and inviting arena for DAOs to coalesce and build the future together

STATIC LANDING PAGE

An online hub where a newcomer can quickly understand the project and fill a grant request or find paths to engage with other aspects of the DAO

HANDBOOK

Creation and Maintenance of dynamic handbook platform - work on which has already started, but it will be smoothed out / fixed up / completed

TRANSPARENCY INITIATIVE

Creation and Maintenance of transparency measures to facilitate coordination between delegates, their DAOs and the Ecosystem.

CONTENT SUPPORT

The resulting visual assets, documentation, copywriting and other useful outcomes can be leveraged by everyone and the creators will remain within reach to support their use.

COLLABORATION METHODOLOGY

DESIGN SPRINTS

Collective oversight and feedback will be harvested via facilitated meetings in the form of Design Sprints. The first one would be held immediately as of the passing of this proposal to kickoff the UberHaus identity and static site.

FLEXIBLE DELIVERIES

The main goal is to secure attention from talent with enough funding to form a responsive design and comms squad that would tackle connected deliverables in sequence.

It might happen that Uberhaus desires to adjust deliverables, timelines, priorities and prices as results from cooperating with the team. This proposal might be amended by follow ups either to UberHaus or DAOhaus when work is relating to Boost Foundry.

**INVESTMENT AND TEAM **

$10,000 worth of Haus a month (pegged to HAUS) per month

1667,5 HAUS over 5 months for an approximate monthly value of 333.5 HAUS

Using Product Suite to stream payment to a Minion controlled by the intraDAO squad.

I’m curious to understand the UberHaus ID as it relates to the greater ecosystem as that sounds like the main product the other initiatives are built around. Is the goal to create an ID that can be leveraged by DAOs on other platforms or an ID for all HausDAO DAOs?

On a higher level I’m pretty into the idea of starting to explore partnerships.
