62: Funding Proposal - UTOTO Interim Funding
The client for the UTOTO raid lost access to his wallet and is currently unable to release funds currently in escrow, nor send us more funds to complete the raid. He’s hoping to recover it this week - additionally, he reports that a tranche of funding will be released in the near future that he can use to fund the raid. Regardless, Tom (the archer on the raid) needs access to liquidity in the interim. Upon receipt of funds from the client (or release of the funds currently in escrow through arbitration if needed), these requested funds will be repaid in full.
