i propose a budget of $10,000 per cm be allocated for the development of the froge exchange, which should be built as an easy to use, simple (dummy proof) interface that requires no previous crypto experience or knowledge. wizards to assist new users and facility to switch instantly between fiat and crypto in both directions seamlessly. ultimately when combined with the previous mastercard proposal, we could futher devolope in app payment solutions such as contactless, google and apple pay support
