We’ve been discussing the importance of protecting the IP of what we are building. There are two documents that we can use to protect ourselves.
CLA would be for an option to be signed for developers.
Where the NDA would be just to protect our projects privacy until we go public.
Looking to discuss whether everyone believes these steps to be fair.
Would this also include making some of the org’s github repos private?
Nope we would keep that public there would be a bot that asks the developer to sign a CLA before making a PR
I think the NDA should be mandatory
