254: Signal Proposal - WGMI <> RAID

The TL:DR plan trade no more than 5mm RAID for 4.1M WGMI tokens, depending on the token price at time of swap.
Tokens will be bridged to mainnet and transferred to Dystopia team for a 2 year lock-up. Perks for RaidGuild and all MetaCartel partners are sponsorship slots @ 24 of the next WGMI events ranging from 100-500 attendees per event.
