5: Signal Proposal - Formation of Two Main Guilds
I propose the formation of two guilds within Boiler DAO. Arts Guild and Ops Guild. The Arts Guild will be in charge of everything related to artistic output of Boiler DAO, while the Ops Guild would look after the operations of Boiler DAO.
If this vote passes, as part of the educational aspect of the DAO, I challenge each guild to summon a DAO to govern the Guild. Preferably someone experienced will guide someone through the process, who has not summoned a Moloch DAO before.
Further, A proposal will be submitted to fund each Guild with a sufficient amount of $BOILD to operate the Guild.
