43: Signal Proposal - Extra payment to stable pool on xDai for incorrect APR reporting
The dashboard was incorrectly reporting APR’s for the WXDAI/USDC pool on xDai up to the 7th October. This is because it wasn’t applying the hard pegged penalty although the reward payout did apply this penalty correctly. This means the reward payout was correct but the dashboard was incorrect.
But users were using the APR being displayed in the dashboard when deciding to load liquidity and so we feel that we should honour what was displayed in the dashboard which means calculating what would have been paid out if the hard penalty wasn’t applied and making an additional payment of the difference between what was paid and what was expected by users.
We have calculated this already and it comes to a total payout of 248.848437377482 SYMM covering from when the pool was created on the 9th August through to when the dashboard was corrected on the 7th October.
This vote is whether to proceed with this correction payout.
